Our lives are dynamic, unpredictable, and ever changing...

And we want to live our lives as fully as possible.  Therefore, our approach to movement and exercise also needs to be dynamic, unpredictable, and ever changing.  My goal is to help you find that playful edge where we honor your unique physical ability while at the same time,  challenge you to become stronger and more flexible in both body and mind.  And through it all, to have fun!

My love of movement began at a young age, through a study of classical ballet.  I went on to major in Dance and Education at Hampshire College and then proceeded to study Pilates, Yoga, and Massage Therapy.  In 2005 I found a home in Polestar Pilates, where the science of the latest exercise research is combined with the art of imagery and fluid movement.  I currently work as an Educator for Polestar Pilates and teach Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training programs.

In my 25 years of teaching of movement in various forms, I have worked with a wide variety of clients. I find that I resonate most strongly with those who want to take a deep dive in movement exploration and value slowing down and paying attention to the details.
